The Underlying Causes of Skin Problems: Case Study
By Agota Csekey, C. C. Jr.
Mr. L. came to my office for the first time in December of last year. The skin on his legs, arms and neck was covered with red raised thick-scaled patches. There were also open bleeding lesions on his face and ears. He had sought out medical advice and was diagnosed with psoriasis. Also, he was prescribed a topical cream that did little to help his condition.
Psoriasis is a very common disorder. A pile of skin cells that has been produced too quickly characterizes this disorder. The rate at which skin cells divide in psoriasis is approximately 1000 times faster than in normal skin. This division is too fast for the cells to shed and therefore they accumulate and create raised patches of scales on the skin. Many things can trigger psoriasis including excessive alcohol consumption, emotional stress, bowel toxaemia, and problems with protein digestion and impaired liver function.
Mr. L’s iris analysis revealed that his bowel had weak tissue with several pockets and diverticulae Picture A, a that retained a lot of toxicity creating a favourable environment for unwanted microorganism. Other testing methods confirmed that there were parasites in his system adding to the toxicity through their secreted waste.
A stress ring in the stomach area is seen in the iris-validated nervous indigestion Picture B. The grey/brown “stomach halo” indicated the lack of HCI acid (Hydrochloric Acid) that compromised protein digestion Picture C, a.
The inherited weakness in the tissue of the pancreas pointed to a low alcohol and sugar tolerance Picture C, b. The liver tissue was strong, but extremely toxic and stressed Picture A, b. Also, the tissue in the left kidney area appeared toxic, congested and under-functioning Picture C, c.
As for his lifestyle, he had emotional stress due to family problems. His diet was monotonous and lacked nutrients. Everyday he ate steak and potatoes and consumed alcohol and he was also a heavy smoker. These unhealthy habits made his system very acidic. This case was a perfect example of an under-acidic stomach in an acidic body.
A nutritional program was based on the summary of his iris analysis and health history. He followed the program that I recommended for him to the letter. His body responded to the nutritional program very well. As a result his skin cleared up and healed completely in about three months.
The first phase of the nutritional program was to change the diet—avoid red meat, wheat, dairy, sugar and fried foods. He took my advice and quit smoking and stopped drinking. This was a huge step for him in taking control of his health. A bowel and parasite cleanse was applied to clean out the digestive tract. He was advised to take a probiotic (friendly bacterial culture) to increase the bowel flora in defence against unwanted microorganism in the future. An herbal supplement was used to cleanse the liver and kidneys. He was advised to take a pancreatic enzyme to enhance digestion. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar was suggested to help balance the HCI acid along with supplying the body with vital minerals. Vitamin C (anti-oxidant) was suggested to boost the immune system.
In the second phase of the program other vitamins and minerals were added such as Vitamin E (anti-oxidant) to aid the skin, Pantothenic Acid to support the adrenal glands and a glandular formula to increase his energy level. At this point he had difficulty sleeping and thus an herbal relaxant was suggested for him to take in the evenings.
In the final phase of the program Vitamin A, Zinc, Lecithin, a Multi-Vitamin & Mineral supplement and an Essential Fatty Acid were added to build his system further. Because his diet was very restricted in the beginning it was adjusted allowing him to eat more food items.
As always, the iris analysis was a very helpful tool in finding the underlying causes of the skin condition in this particular case. Among the many causes detailed above the primary causes were the toxic liver and the poor digestion stemming from the lack of HCI acid and enzymes.
