FoxPro declaration:
DECLARE INTEGER GetWindowDC IN user32;
    INTEGER hwnd
Parameters:
hWnd
Identifies the window with a device context that is to be retrieved
Return value:
If the function succeeds, the return value is the handle of a device context for the specified window
Usage:
hWindow = _screen.HWnd
hDC = GetWindowDC(hWindow)
? hDC
= ReleaseDC(hWindow, hDC)
